This is from a post Keith made in my topic when I asked about tickets in help forum I read that as we have a better chance finding a needle in a haystack.Oh and I had a buff it ran out.

[They are still rare, and those items will be hard to obtain. Once the October deadline passes we'll make them have a higher chance to get again (probably 2x the current chance) but these are still meant to be items that you have to post a lot to obtain.

It's almost like we're trying to get people posting on the forums frequently!]
